reglas DE distancia

ARCHITECTURE BUILT ON ORGANIZATIONAL OBJECTIVES
Each space and every element of this field office has a reason for being.
We set ourselves the challenge of ensuring the design of the office would encourage integration and collaboration between two key areas.
Putting everyone together wasn’t a reasonable solution, as the two teams work on very different things.
So we created a U-shaped layout, with floor to ceiling glass separators, so the teams were separated but could also see one another.
At the base of the U, there are several common areas where colleagues can meet and collaborate.
The results speak for themselves.
These are two professional teams that normally work on areas that are quite separate, and in completely different offices.
Their jobs are very different, but we thought they could create some really interesting collaborations if that division was broken down.
WE ALSO THOUGHT THAT quality materials build quality relationships
We sought out the best materials. We believe that being surrounded by quality can positively influence everyone who works in this space.
It’s like closing the door of a high-end car: a perfect fit, a solid build. You only need to touch it or hear it to get a feeling of trust, stability, safety. And that’s exactly what we were looking to inspire.
Besides, when things are built with care, people will treat them with care. It’s a show of mutual respect.
Intelligent, well-thought-out details that really make a difference.
The space should be attractive. But we must never forget that first and foremost it must be useful. Well-thought-out details are a show of care and empathy that’s truly appreciated. We just need to put ourselves in the users’ shoes and think of what they’ll need. We believe that it’s important to get to know the people who will use the space. We must design and build with them in mind, and not just meet “specifications”.
We built a huge terrace with a wooden roof.
Just because this was a field office didn’t mean it had to be uncomfortable and ugly. In fact, quite the opposite.
We took the chance to build large spaces in the open air that would encourage interaction:
Forestry workers like to interact outdoors, where they are in their element. And these spaces have already proven their worth.
The teams often head out to the terrace to inject a little fresh air into their ideas and to be able to share them fully.
These are teams whose work is more and more technological each day, but just sharing a little fresh air together can be worth its weight in gold.
The meaning behind the work:
We used the wood that these teams work together to produce
Sometimes the workload can make us forget the meaning behind what we do, and why it’s useful to people. We used the same wood that they produce throughout the large common areas.
We transformed the kitchen into a special work area.
With a whiteboard and two small tables.
Notice that just a few touches of wood are enough. You don’t need more than that.
It’s enough just to sit for a few minutes in a new position.
We added a fabulous Italian sofa. With just one small detail like that you can change the spirit of the whole space.
And it becomes a space that encourages integration and shared value.
