MAPUCHe
wisdom

THAT WORKS
FOR THE WHOLE WORLD

During our work on a program to bring teams closer to the Mapuche culture, we uncovered concepts of tremendous wisdom that seemed perfectly applicable to even the best continuous improvement and safety culture programs.

These are words that represent deep, meaningful concepts that draw on the ancestral wisdom of the indigenous communities of South America's Southern Cone

They speak of a connection to the earth, to reality, and that makes them strikingly simple, practical, and applicable, which are characteristics that are often lacking in modern organizational programs.

They represent and promote a lucid, active, connected, balanced relationship with humans, with nature and with all living beings.

THESE ARE CONCEPTS THAT ARE CONNECTED WITH REALITY

We chose them because they seemed like concepts cut through to what's essential. Something very human, applicable, and connected with the senses.

An understanding of the essential

Often workers can be confused by the sheer number of protocols, and they lose sight of an understanding of what's essential. It seemed to us that these ancestral concepts could reconnect them; they are as simple as they are profound and applicable at the same time.
