Se hizo un trabajo de equipo a distintos niveles buscando una forma de complementar y reforzar el cumplimiento de las distancias de seguridad.
Dada su importancia, las distancias de seguridad han sido estudiadas con precisión para cada una de las circunstancias laborales y son regularmente difundidas.
El objetivo aquà era aportar, complementar ese trabajo desde otra dimensión.

It all started when a CEO came to us and said:
“We’re working on improvements and it’s all going well. But if we are not on top of it, communicating, following up, etc., things can slow down or even go backwards”.

“As if there was a lack of understanding or real involvement”.
“It feels like there’s more we can do”.
“And as if there’s something on site that I don’t quite understand”.

For over 12 years now, the same companies keep bringing us back in to collaborate with our methods in technical and apparently radically different areas such as continuous improvement, quality, cultural change, branding, mass marketing, sustainability, environment, and health and safety culture among others.
Once we achieve the connection between the values of the people and the values of the company, these projects move up a gear, taking on more power, breadth, and depth. They come to life.
We use photography to help make connections with the workers.
And so that the workers can connect with the company in the areas we’re hired to focus on.

We use photography as a tool to highlight moments of spontaneity with workers, to open dialogues, to create positive connections with them, to try to see the areas we work in from a brand-new perspective, to motivate, and to build.
An executive friend of ours in the States said:
“you guys take photos to understand the whole picture”.
Photos of the company, of the workers, and what they share...

We use the legendary Leica M because it allows us to spotlight workers with extra special photos without interfering in the conversation, which is what’s most important to us.
This German-made camera also represents the special care and artistry that we believe this kind of subject matter deserves

This is what creates real engagement. It’s part of the essence, of the reason for being and doing. It’s what fills up the hearts and souls of everyone at the company.

Often, these concepts are difficult to share rationally, through brand manuals or activations.

across the different areas of a company.
To see and be seen. To share the same feeling.
All of this can only bring good things with it. At both the personal and organizational levels.
At times, it may seem like what we do is marketing,
because the videos we record can end up on TV or the photos we take on mass-produced packaging.

But what we do is always born from deep within, from the people, from the shared dreams and values.
We believe that’s how we can achieve things that are just as meaningful as those born of creativity. If not, even more so.
This project was conceived of as a field visit to help forge connections between workers at Chile’s largest dairy producer.
We found ourselves immersed in the cooperative spirit, and it felt to us like that should be the central pillar to the whole project.
We began to work internally but ended up creating a widely recognized nationwide advertising campaign based on the company's real values, not creativity.

Beyond the diversity of the subjects, we are entrusted with, the work of Benito Asociados has been to respond to that ever-present need among the company directors who approach us:
