Se hizo un trabajo de equipo a distintos niveles buscando una forma de complementar y reforzar el cumplimiento de las distancias de seguridad.
Dada su importancia, las distancias de seguridad han sido estudiadas con precisión para cada una de las circunstancias laborales y son regularmente difundidas.
El objetivo aquí era aportar, complementar ese trabajo desde otra dimensión.

WE DEVELOPED THE heading south Project with the aim of encouraging the visibility, understanding, RECOGNITION of workers who, for a variety of reasons, feel undervalued.

There can be many reasons why a person could feel undervalued or unseen.
Situations like this can arise in any company without us even noticing.
It can affect people’s mood, the working environment, and even the health of the workers who get up early every day to make an honest living. Not to mention creativity or other areas where people can contribute.
We went to visit them, to see them in their own homes, with no hard hats or uniforms
we wanted to recognize what’s most important: their personal values.
We worked hard to meet the employees in their most private spaces.
When you meet a worker in person, the company learns a lot.
Hand-in-hand with that, it’s like a public recognition of the community they live in. It helps with integration and relationships.
THESE VIDEOS CAN TEACH US MANY THINGS FOR COMPANIES TO USE
These stories brought many different people together.
They were broadcast organically through a range of different organizations.
But above all we received many moving messages from workers who felt identified by and thankful for the experience.
“It reminds me of my childhood”. “I want to meet the guy in the video”, they said.
Many new kinds of positive feelings came up that helped create positive bonds between people.
Affection,
self-esteem
Many stories came to us of bosses showing recognition of and closeness with the workers.
More powerful still: we heard of many workers who, upon seeing the videos, made the effort to get closer to their bosses. It was like a virtuous cycle.
“The worker makes the boss, too. It works both ways”.
The workers feel identified even though only 8 of them are in the videos.
When the values involved are genuine, you can connect with far more people than you could imagine.
